Dr. Greg Eippert is a board certified Ophthalmologist and Medical Director at TLC Laser Eye Centers in Cleveland. He has been performing laser eye surgery for 10 years and is an extremely skilled ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery, cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery. He has performed thousands of refractive and medical eye surgeries including the latest technology in multifocal lens implants. This extensive experience and his dedication to state-of-the art technology allows him to offer superior results to his patients.
Dr. Eippert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University in 1988 and received his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 1992. He completed his medical internship and ophthalmology residency at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. He then performed a glaucoma fellowship at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Eippert is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Eippert is a Senior Clinical Instructor at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Cleveland Ophthalmology Society and is a member of several local medical societies.

Dr. Jeffrey Genos is the Clinical Director for TLC Cleveland. Originally from Warren, Ohio, he received his doctor of optometry degree from Ohio State University in 1990. Dr. Genos is a member of the American Optometric Association and Optometric Refractive Surgery Society. Dr. Genos served as an optometrist for Primary Eyecare, Inc. in 1990 through 1997, taking a one-year fellowship in 1994. His fellowship consisted of disease evaluation and postoperative care of refractive and cataract surgeries. Dr. Genos was employed at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as the director of optometric services in refractive surgery from May, 1997 through July, 1998. In this short amount of time, he increased the network of optometrists from only 10 to 49. In July of 1998, Dr. Genos became the executive Clinical Director for TLC-The Laser Center in Independence, Ohio. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the center and consulting patients on refractive surgery, he also develops a network of surrounding optometric physicians who provide all pre- and post- operative care following surgery. Dr. Genos currently resides in Twinsburg with his wife Michelle and sons Spencer and Logan. He is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying tennis and basketball especially, and is also a Cleveland and Ohio State Buckeye fan.
