Dear Mary and TLC Staff,

It's a miracle! I can actually see the clock in my bedroom when I wake up in the middle of the night. I also don't miss pushing up my glasses as they slide down my nose or cleaning my glasses several times a day. This has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

I would like to thank you and the TLC staff for my "new" eyes. TLC is the only place for me! I decided to go with TLC after visiting a deep discount eye center where I could have saved money. TLC stood above the other center in its appearance, presentation, and professionalism.

Your process for a prospective client is superior to the deep discount place I visited. Dr. Genos and your staff spent over two hours with me for exams and explanations of what could be done and the results I could expect. Then you asked if I would like to schedule surgery. The other place had me look into a machine for 10 seconds and then said I was a perfect candidate. In fact, I was at a seminar for the other place and I heard the "perfect candidate" saying about 15 times. The next step for the other place would be to schedule a time for surgery. At that time they would expect money up front and conduct an exam. After which you would be reimbursed a portion of the fee if you chose not to continue with the operation or if you weren't a "perfect candidate."

Also, your office reminds me of a professional doctors office with the dcor and the setup. The other place didn't look like a doctors office at all. We are talking about our eyes and your customers need to be comfortable with every aspect of the process including the first examination through the check-ups. TLC made me feel comfortable in making the correct decision and I will tell everyone the same. I can honestly say that the TLC staff was great!
